How applications work

Apply online
Choose your participant type, provide only necessary information and confirm your privacy consent.

Email receipt
The system creates a non-sequential application reference and sends a bilingual receipt.

Human review
The operations team reviews by application type and sends status changes by email.

Prepare your visit
If approved, follow the email and website updates. An application is not itself an on-site credential.
How your information is used
Application information is used only for review, event communication and necessary operational statistics. Personal information is deleted by default 180 days after the event; you may also request export or deletion earlier.
